Job Title: Operations Officer.
Unit: Operations Unit.


JOB CONTENT:

A-     ROLE OBJECTIVES:


·         The Operations Officer is responsible to serve as the liaison between INJAZ and Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Social Development, KAFD, and Youth Centers. Moreover, ensuring smooth, efficient communication and operation with all programs’ officers for an effective delivery of INJAZ programs in coherence with INJAZ targets and goals.

B-      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

•                    Roll out Programs in schools.
•                    Match and visit volunteers.
•                    Follow up with volunteers and teachers.
•                    Get the enrollment and graduation sheets from schools.
•                    Distribute kits for all programs.
•                    Distribute certificates for students in schools.
•                    Follow up on the programs’ competitions.
•                    Provide needed support to all volunteers throughout program.
•                    Documentation and reporting.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
B-      Role Requirements:

•                    Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
•                    Training in communication an asset.
•                    Valid Driving license is a must
•                    Having a car is preferred


C-      EXPERIENCE


•                    3 – 5 years of related experience.
•                    Experience in sales an asset. (I’m not sure if the sales experience would be a benefit in the operations)



2. Partnerships Senior Officer in the Partnerships Unit with the following requirements and qualifications:


Job Title: Partnerships Senior Officer
Unit: Partnerships Department.

JOB CONTENT:

A-     ROLE OBJECTIVES:


The Partnerships Senior Officer is responsible for implementing the fundraising plan and develop new fundraising initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with the private sector, public sector, civil society, NGOS, and educational partners. As well as to secure sponsorships.

B-      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


•                    Identify organizations that could potentially partner (private sector, public sector, youth empowerment programs, etc.).
•                    Explore sponsorship opportunities for different programs.
•                    Maintain accurate records; prepare reports on plan actions related to INJAZ partners in collaboration with project officer.
•                    Prepare and follow up all the agreements and signing ceremonies.
•                    Revise partnership proposals and approach potential partners and donors.
•                    Generate and submit reports to partners.
•                    Update existing programs to attract potential sponsors.
•                    Contribute in arranging partnership and fundraising events as required: assist in organizing fundraising events and materials ensuring that they are professionally managed and promote INJAZ Mission.
•                    Develop long term relationships with partners and influential decision makers.
•                    Support the implementation of partners' retention activities such as: appreciation events, appreciation advertisements and distributing giveaways etc.
•                    Attend meetings with other partnership coordinator.
•                    Support units when required.






JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A-           Role Requirements:
•                    University degree in Management, Public Relations, Marketing or any related field.
•                    Training in communication an asset.
•                    Valid Driving license is a must
•                    Having a car is preferred


B-            EXPERIENCE

•                    5 – 7 years of related experience.
•                    Experience in sales is an asset.

 3. Grants Supervisor in the Partnerships Unit with the following required and qualifications:

JOB CONTENT:
A-     ROLE OBJECTIVES:


The Grants Supervisor is responsible To:
•                    Implement the fundraising plan and develop new fundraising initiatives.
•                    Build and maintain relationship with the Private sector, Public sector, Civil society, NGOS, and Educational partners. As well as to secure sponsorships for programs.
•                    Developing and writing grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations Persuasively communicating the organization’s mission and programs to potential funders


B-      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :


The principal duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited:

•                    Assembling and submitting grant requests, including letters, proposals, budgets, and presentations.
•                    Establishing and maintaining personal contact and relationships with foundation contacts and program officers.
•                    Maintaining calendar to ensure timely submission of letters of inquiry, proposal deadlines, and reports.
•                    Conducting prospect research.
•                    Prioritizing projects to keep multiple projects moving in a timely manner, meet deadlines and manage supplemental material required for proposals.
•                    Providing writing support for major donor and individual contribution letters and acknowledgement.




JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A-     Role Requirements:
•                    Bachelor in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or any related field.
B-      EXPERIENCE:
•                    7 – 10 Years of relevant experience.

B-      SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES


•                    Fluent in English both written and spoken (preferably a native speaker).
•                    Able to craft funding proposals in a clear and compelling manner.
•                    Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills are essential.
•                    Self Motivated.
•                    Detail Oriented.
•                    Management skills.
•                    Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to seek and synthesize information and communicate in a compelling form.
