Office manager

Looking for Office Manager, qualifications as below: 

- Fluent English/Arabic (Spoken/Written) 
- 2-3 years of experience 
- Dealing with departments administrative needs 
- Maintaining filing system for the CEO office 
- Photocopying/ printing 
- Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries 
- Making appointments and planning the CEO diary 
- Organizing and attending meetings; taking minuets and ensure the CEO is
well prepared for the meeting 
- Replying to emails and correspondences 
- Research skills 
- Travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary 
- Visa arrangements and procedures when necessary
