Service Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Monitor Customer Support Efficiency.
- Monitor and Track Service Level Agreements and standards for metrics and KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate Sales Activities e.g. Contracts Management and Leads Generation.
- Provide administrative support.
- Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent writing and proofreading skills with critical attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and mentoring skills to work effectively with partners and clients.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
- Customer-focus, takes initiative, sense of urgency, time management.
- Strong problem solving mind-set, driven by creativity, data analysis, and innovative thinking.
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, 

Education and Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an Administrative, Project Coordination and Customer Service Support capacities.
