PHARMACIST VACANCY

Job Summary

Performs various functions related to drug preparation and dispensing that ensure proper adherence for formulary guidelines as well as ensuring safe, appropriate, cost-effective pharmacotherapy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department. 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.

2 years experience working in hospital pharmacy preferably. 

Working in shifts.
