Join Our Team as an Inventory Analyst at Real Cosmetics Company!

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize costs while maximizing product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory levels, identifying trends and optimizing performance metrics to minimize carrying costs.

• Develop and maintain highly accurate inventory forecasts by leveraging sales data, historical trends, and market demand signals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and logistics teams to ensure on-time replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Proactively identify and address inventory discrepancies, excess stock, and potential stockouts to prevent disruptions.

• Utilize inventory management software to its full potential, tracking inventory movement and generating insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making.

• Implement data-driven inventory optimization strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and minimize carrying costs.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to anticipate promotional activities and their impact on inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an inventory analyst or in a similar supply chain role. Prior experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Proven experience utilizing inventory management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and present complex data insights to stakeholders.
