Looking for Receptionist to join our team!
About the Role:
Manage reception area, greeting visitors and answering phones professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Provide administrative support and handle various office tasks.
Ensure a smooth workflow for the team.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Very Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
