Siniora Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking to fill the following position:-

  

-Job Position

ERP Support Technician

-Job Summary

Implement and administer ERP system and MS SQL Server database.

Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.

Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.

Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.

Supporting and training users for ERP system and other applications.

Developing, managing and testing backup and recovery plans.

Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports, Web Applications.

(SAHAB - KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)

 

-Education

 

· BA in Computer Information Systems or System Engineering or any related field.

-Experience

 · 1-3 years of experience in the following:

· ERP Support.

· Microsoft SQL Server Management.

· Web Applications.

· Crystal Reports.

-Languages

Excellent Command in English.

   

-Competencies

General IT technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support).

Solid Knowledge of MS SQL server management administration, preferably an MCSA.

Knowledge of Java programing language (SE + EE)

Solid Knowledge of ERP systems

Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.

Organizational and time management skills.

Team work.

Ability to work independently.

Understanding of Windows networking concepts.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to write standard documentation.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
