Senior Audit and Risk Management

Summary:

Manage the company's total quality systems, ensuring compliance with international quality and documentation standards.

 Set and improve product and system standards, ensuring proper application. Ensure adherence to international food industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal and third-party audit programs, including scheduling, defining scope, managing documents, and preparing audit reports.

2. Oversee the risk management system, ensuring alignment with risk policies and maintaining the risk register.

3. Monitor and address risks, implementing corrective measures in collaboration with departments and the Executive Director of Risk Management.

4. Analyze risk management data to identify development areas and coordinate with the Risk Management Committee.

5. Handle non-conformity cases, including customer complaints and product recalls, by verifying, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

6. Manage quality certification processes, including selecting certification bodies, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely renewal of certificates.

7. Oversee supplier and materials management, including approvals, annual evaluations, and complaint handling per standards.

8. Manage food safety and quality systems, ensuring documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement.

9. Managing external analysis according to a program prepared and approved in advance, including identifying approved laboratories to conduct tests and then evaluating the results in coordination with the relevant departments.

10. Follow up on corrective actions for non-conformity cases related to audits and customer issues, continuously evaluating data trends.

11. Develop and refine quality management system policies and procedures to improve product and service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Risk Management or any relevant filed.

• 5+ years of experience in Auditing and Risk, preferably in a similar industry.

• ISO 31000 is preferred.

• Certified Lead Auditor.

• Excellent command of English language.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong skills in addressing and resolving issues.

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in relevant technical skills and software.
