We are looking for Secretary
Responsibilities:
1- Receiving calls, emails and massages.
2- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for employees.
3- Preparing and coordinating documents and reports as requirements.
4- Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings.
5- Meet and greet visitors.
6- Managing office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
7- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and budgets.
8- Write the official letters for company in Arabic and English.
Requirements:
1- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2- Proficiency in MS Office.
3- Proficiency in English language.
4- Strong communication skills.
5- can join immediately.
