Process Analyst Specialist

Responsibilities:


· Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.

· Drawing and modeling business processes, which helps in visualizing and understanding the current state and identifying areas for improvement.

· Assist in project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Conduct regular meetings to gather requirements and discuss project progress. 

Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to gather business requirements.

· Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.

· Create and maintain documentation such as: use cases, user stories, functional specifications. 

· Ensure documentation is clear and understandable for all stakeholders.

· Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Perform user acceptance testing (UAT). 

· Track project progress and update stakeholders on status. 

· Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics.

· Recommend and implement enhancements based on feedback.

· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. 

· Participate in professional development opportunities.

· Track the progress of requirements gathering and documentation.

· Summarize the outcomes of testing and validation activities.

· Evaluate the progress and success of projects.


Requirements:


· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

· 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role or related positions such as project management, systems analysis, or consultancy.

· FMCG Experience is a plus.

· Excellent command of English language.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills and decision-making skills.

· Detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
