Itqan Pharma is looking for an experienced HR Specialist with excellent English proficiency, 2 - 4 years of experience, and very good expertise in Microsoft Office, ERP (SAP) and HRMS systems.


Main Responsibilities:


Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Develop training and development programs.

Assist in evaluation and performance management processes.

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Ensure the provision of accurate statistics, implement and maintain departmental records management;

Ensure to carry out timely staff performance evaluations as per the Management System;

Enter data into SAP system and ensure operational HR activities and processes are correctly complied and provide accurate and timely advice and guidance to the line managers;

Assist with the planning, organizing and coordinating efficient and effective recruitment competitions. This will include arranging meetings and interviews and providing advice and guidance to selection panels in line with the relevant policies.

Support the management of sickness absence in accordance with relevant Update and maintain data, monitor and report on sickness absence levels, providing statistics for monthly reports and liaise with the occupational health adviser and staff support service for medical reports.

Support managers and staff with their duties relating to performance management.

Provide administrative support for Disciplinary, Grievance and Dignity at Work investigations and return to work interviews.

Excellent Knowledge of Social security Laws.


Requirements and skills:


Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Administration.

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability.

BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.

§ HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute).

Ability to conduct needs assessment analysis and summary.

Good Communication and writing Skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

The ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
