International company in Amman looking for Secretary


Responsibilities:

1- Receiving calls, emails and massages.

2- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for employees.

3- Preparing and coordinating documents and reports as requirements.

4- Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings.

5- Meet and greet visitors.

6- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

7- Managing office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring a well-stocked office environment.

8- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and communication within the company.

9- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and budgets.

10- Support all company departments as requirements.

11- Write the official letters for company in Arabic and English.


Requirements:

1- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2- Proficiency in MS Office.

3- Proficiency in English language.

4- Strong communication skills.

5- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
