Secretary (Full-Time)


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team on a full-time basis, meeting the following requirements:


Responsibilities:


Handling and organizing both paper and electronic documents.


Greeting visitors and professionally responding to customer inquiries.


Following up on administrative tasks and organizing logistical matters.


Qualifications and Requirements:


A degree in a relevant field (if applicable) or previous experience in a similar role.


Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask.


Polished personality with excellent communication skills.


Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.


Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
