Operating and Mechanical Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: 

· Operate and monitor various production machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operating procedures.

· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production disruptions.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life.

· Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.

· Monitor product quality throughout the production process and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Conduct inspections and tests to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

· Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

· Identify and address potential safety hazards to prevent accidents.

· Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, production data, and quality control results.

· Prepare reports on equipment performance, production efficiency, and process improvements.

 

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.

· ( 4-6) Years of experience in a related field.

· FMCG experience.

· Proficiency in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, motors, pumps, valves, and piping).

· Experience with machinery operations and understanding of equipment.

· Knowledge of techniques like preventive maintenance schedules, condition-based monitoring, and predictive maintenance technologies.

· Experience in planning, organizing, and scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical issues and provide quick resolutions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and handle emergencies
