Call Center Agent for Restaurant in Al-Gardens Street

Position: Call Center Agent

Location: The Gardens St. 

Industry: Restaurant / Food Service

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent at our restaurant located in The Gardens area. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing orders, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the restaurant, and making reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

• Take and process customer orders accurately over the phone.

• Provide information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Process payment details and confirm order information.

• Ensure orders are correctly recorded and passed to the kitchen staff for preparation.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, enhancing the customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• All candidate should be 20 to 35 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus).

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English language skills are a plus).

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using computers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and night shift, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.   

                                                                                                                    Working Hours:

• For Female Candidates: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

• For Male Candidates: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
