Job Opportunity: Receptionist

About the Role:
Project Tarjim LLC and Arabiat & Partners Lawyers are seeking a skilled Receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience in administrative and reception duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Welcome clients and visitors warmly, manage check-ins, and ensure a positive first impression of the office.
Communication: Professionally answer and direct phone calls, manage general email inquiries and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
Scheduling & Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage in collaboration with team members.
Document Management: Support document filing, organization, and management, both physical and digital, while maintaining confidentiality.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as document preparation, supply management, and vendor coordination.
Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming and professional office environment.
Visitor Log Management: Maintain an accurate visitor log, tracking incoming and outgoing visitors to enhance office security.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or reception roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
